What we offer

GE, LLC has several employee benefit programs such as our PTO Accrual program, our Employee Tool Account program, and our Employee Education Sponsorship program.

Education Sponsorship

Our Employee Education Sponsorship program is a key component in how our company promotes growth and personal development in our employees. GE, LLC Office Administrators will help employees who are looking to further their educations sign up for courses through local trade schools such as Mountainland Technical College. If you pass, we'll cover the cost of the courses!

Company Policy

Our Company Policy is a living, growing document. As the needs of the business and the needs of our employees change, those changes are reflected in our Company Policy. GE, LLC strives to be an attractive and competitive place to work, while fostering a safe, professional environment. Tool Account Program

GE, LLC has partnered with local parts houses such as CED Springville to offer tool accounts to our employees. These tool accounts allow employees to purchase tools at wholesale prices, and then pay those tools off over time. This goes hand in hand with our Tool Reimbursement program, which is a line of credit for each employee that accrues for every hour worked and can be used towards the purchase of tools. Together, these two programs help to ease the financial burden that the purchasing and replacement of tools can impose on employees.

PTO Accrual

Our PTO Accrual program is designed to reward employees proportional to the amount that they work. After every pay period the amount of hours that you worked will be multiplied by a constant equivalent to 40 hours of PTO for someone who's worked with us for a year, and 80 hours for someone who's worked with us for 2+ years. If you work a lot of overtime, you'll be rewarded with extra PTO beyond the expected 40 or 80 hours. As with everything else on this page, our Office Administrators will gladly provide more information if you have any questions or concerns!
